Affordable Candles!

We started this out as a hobby. We love being able to imagine scents and craft individual and lovely candles.

There is nothing better than being able to curl up with a book on the couch or any nice reading nook and burn a beautifully scented candle.

Kool & Co is our small business that we hope brings joy to others. We want to create beautiful and affordable soy candles for everyone out there. With this in mind, we created a flat rate shipping for everyone over the world - we definitely want you to be able to buy one of our candles and not break the bank.

Shipping Costs

We always want to ship our products the cheapest way to you. This is to SAVE you money.

Please also keep in mind that shipping includes cost of boxes, padding, packaging, AND handling for the candles.

Unfortunately we cannot give any discounts on shipping at this time since that is what it costs.

Do you do subscription boxes?

The answer to that is YES! We would love to work with subscription boxes, please contact us via the Etsy messaging system or alternately you could direct message us on IG - please leave your email address along with a link to your website so we can check it out!

Due to us running the shop and also still working fulltime, it might take a few days to reply but we will TRY to get back to you as soon as possible.

Care instructions

Yes, there are candle care instructions attached to soy wax candles! When you light your candle for the first time - make sure the melted wax pool reaches the edge of the tin, this is to avoid tunnelling. Trim your wick every time you have lit it, this is to prevent a large flame from happening - you don't want this, trust us!
Please burn a candle responsibly, somewhere safe where you can keep an eye on it!


Please note that some frosting can occur. This is perfectly normal for soy candles and does not affect the scent or burn time. Frosting is merely an indicator of natural soy wax. Each candle is also made in small batches so there may be very minor variations in colour. Our candles come in a handy travel tin so that you can take it anywhere you wish to take it! All of our candles are hand poured and made using the high quality soy wax. Soy wax is environmentally friendly and burns cleaner than other waxes.

We will post our cut off postage times and cut off postage dates in our SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT SECTION - PLEASE READ THESE BEFORE BUYING A CANDLE!

Shipping times?

Since we are located in South Australia our shipping times are as followed:

Domestic: once the order has been sent it can take between 1 -2 weeks to receive your order.
International: 3-6 weeks.

With holidays such as Christmas - please allow yourself extra time when buying a candle. Cut off dates will be posted in the shop's announcement section.

All of our candles are currently shipped with Australia Post!

Do you accept cancellations?

Yes we do accept cancellations however PLEASE DOUBLE/TRIPLE check your order before you BUY.

Please make sure you are 100% sure about purchasing an item before paying and immediately after requesting a cancellation.

Please also give us a reason for cancelling.

Heat/Summer Months

Summer can get hot in Australia & other countries! Candles should not be left in direct sunlight for a prolonged periods of time, so please keep in mind how long your package will be left unattended/on a porch/in a hot area if ordering in the summer. KoolandCo cannot be held responsible for any damages due to melting nor any issues with a package being damaged in transit.

I have not received my parcel?

All domestic parcels (within Australia) come with a tracking number except for lipbalms. All candle boxes come with a TRACKING NUMBER. This will be sent to the email address that you have used in the purchasing of your items. If it is not in your inbox, then please check your junk mail.
Please check your tracking information. If your parcel status is DELIVERED and you have not received your parcel, please check your mailbox for a card - it could have been taken to your nearest post office.
Once I hand over a parcel to AUSpost, it is out of my hands. So make sure to contact them regarding information about your parcel or advice on what to do next.

Missing parcels/items?

Please note that Kool & Co cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If any paarcel has been marked as "DELIVERED" and you cannot locate it, unfortunately, I cannot refund or replace these items. The tracking is my proof that it was delivered safely by the courier. If this happens, please double check the address that was provided, ask around to family/friends/neighbours, and check with the post office to make sure it wasn't brought back to your local branch. If none of these options turn up your package, unfortunately I cannot assist with refunds since I cannot claim insurance on a delivered parcels/items.
