5 out of 5 starsthey where amazing with communication. I absolutely love it sadly a leg did brake but nothing a little super or wood glue can't fix and my dolls are already enjoying it. I am extremely happy with it im definitely going to order from them again.

5 out of 5 starsThis was a custom project and it did take the full time to be completed. But it well worth the wait! The chair was securely wrapped so even tho the box was a little beat up, there wasn't a mark on the chair at all. I was blown away with the quality of the chair. It more than exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. I look forward to purchasing more furniture in the future

1 out of 5 starsthe item was to be shipped with another one from same seller which was custom , the custom delayed with reason of fabric color shortage but when i said to seller that they better use whatever color and fabric they have but make and post the items promtly excuses continued never received neither of the items, i am scammed item never shipped

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
We provide a customs, like small size changes, fabric color which is not in sample chart, or special engraving. you need to do is write us a messege and we can work on it together.
Broken items
We strongly recommend, to unwrap a package at the post, or take a photos of unwrapping to save the time while making a complaint. First step is always to contact us, so we will know about the problem, then your post office. We do assure you, we sent our products in one piece, and well packed, so damage done is done during the shipment. Do NOT repair the item, unless you are fine with it, and you want to keep it. You will not be taken into account for the claimed but by your hand repaired goods.
Cancellations
If you are a resident of EU, you can cancell your order without providing a reason in 14 days from RECIEVING. This is not applied to custom orders. After 14 days we won´t return the money, as we probably already are working on your order. If you are not satisfied with the order, please let us know so we can find the solution together.
Shipping time
This is tricky. It really depends on the holiday season, custom office workers and even the size of the package. Generally, small packages are send automatically as Prioritaire, if they fit 90cm circuit and max 2 kg weight. This type of packaging travels 7-16 days (Europe and worldwide). Larger packages, like MSD sofas, or more items at once, are different story. European shipping is between 10-16 days by local post. Worldwide shipping by ship is up to 30 days, faster and more expensive route by plane is up to 16 days. This is something we can´t do much about. :)
Wood colour
What we use for painting wood is something called "staining" or "glazing". Basically I impregnate the wood with colour without covering the texture or tree-rings. The only medium which covers the wood is white and black acrylic wood paint. (We don´t use plastic for frames!) Both method are safe and non toxic. While using glaze, lighter part of the wood may appear, as you can see on some photos of our merch. This, however is not a mistake or missed part, as I always glaze wood three times to achieve saturated colour.
Processing time
The main reason why it takes so long is, we have a dayjob to take care first. We can work on furniture orders at the evening or/and weekends. Even if we are trying to complete the order in time a delay may occur. Please remember, that we don´t have pre-made furniture and we don´t own a factory. :) All we have is a small laser cutter and own own hands. :)
Fabric
We usually use 100% cotton, or 50%cotton and 50%polyester (we use this option when the cotton fabric is unavailable in the store - most of it you can see on our photos. There are, however photos of a product which were made-to-order. Usually it´s a different shade of a fabric we offer,or a satin option (which makes the fabric shine, and plushy). If you want different colour, or different material - like satin, or velvet, don´t be afraid to ask.
Returning of the package to us
If you won´t pick your order in 30 days window frame, when it´s at your post office, the package will automatically returns to us. In that case we don´t refund, as we properly made and send the package.
We understand it may happen and in the case you weren´t able to pick up the package, we can send it to you again, unfortunatelly, we would be forced to charge you the shipping price.
Claims for damage
In case you want to refund for broken furniture, you need to send the item back to us. Your refund will be initiated only after recieving the goods, or proove of sending (tracking number, copy of recipe etc.)
If you want to make a new one, you need to submit the claim and broken goods at your local post office and send the copy of the proof of sumbited complaint to us. The new items will be sent only after delivered result of complaint which takes 90 days.
