I am a degree qualified Illustrator and owner of Little Black Kat Creative, a Brisbane illustration and design business. I've been freelancing on and off for the past 12 years and have worked within the print/design industry since 2001.
I started Little Black Kat Creative as a side hustle and 6 years later it’s become my full time job! I now freelance from the comfort of my living room with my little black cat by my side ...and I love it!
As well as the quirky portrait and pre made illustrations you’ll see in my store, I also specialise in business branding. Helping businesses stand out with fun and colourful illustrations and designs.

Returns and exchange details
I am happy to cancel your custom illustration order and offer a refund within 12 hours of purchasing.
Cancellations after this time cannot be made as it interrupts my scheduling and in most cases I have already spent time on your order. (scheduling, designing, checking etc.)
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
No refunds are available on Digital Downloads.
ART PRINTS
Returns, exchanges or cancellations are not available on physical prints. However if there is a problem with your order, please let me know.
Please ensure you have read the "Item Description" located within the “Item Details” section carefully before purchasing to ensure you are aware of current turn around round times, inclusions and my ordering process.
Payment
All orders are to be paid in full before work can begin.
Delivery
Due to current issues with international shipping, I do not post prints outside of Australia.

Please ensure all proofs are checked and proof read carefully before approving. "Little Black Kat Store" (Little Black Kat Creative), will not be held responsible for errors once the final approval is given.
Custom portraits must be purchased for PERSONAL use only and may NOT be otherwise copied, resold, shared, redistributed or used commercially in any way. Please contact me for commercial licensing.

OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT OF CUSTOM ILLUSTRATIONS & DESIGNS
All preparation materials, sketches, visuals, including the electronic files used to create the project remain the property of Little Black Kat Creative.
Little Black Kat Store (i.e. Little Black Kat Creative) reserves the right to show any artwork, ideas, sketches created for your project in a portfolio as examples of client work. This can be during the project, and also on completion. If you have any specific ‘secrecy/stealth mode’ requirements, please mention this when placing your order.

Sets are to be use for personal projects or products you are wanting to on sell, (maximum 500 items) provided you give credit to the artist

COLOURS:
Colors may vary depending upon monitor calibration, paper quality and printer quality. Digital files are supplied at high resolution, so I am not responsible for poor print quality or colour issues.

Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to receive my portrait?
Approximately 3 weeks, but around Christmas time, there is a 4 week turnaround.
I need my portrait in a hurry can you get it over to me any sooner?
Yes when time permits I can offer a "rush order" to guarantee your proof will be emailed to you within 2 weeks.

Do you supply prints?
Yes, I currently supply prints. But I can only deliver within Australia. Please see the “prints” section in my store.
Where can I get my portrait printed?
Here are my recommendations:
www.posterfactory.com.au (great value for money and good for large size prints)
www.officeworks.com.au (great value for money - colours can be hit and miss though)
www.houndandbone.com.au (high end, fine art prints)
OR you can get your portrait printed at you local photo printer, the colours will come up nice and bright!
OR If you are printing at home, I suggest a nice smooth white card stock.
