About

To know that we can continue to create, make and celebrate AND make our impact on this planet a little...less.

I started Little Kraft Paperie a few years ago...when my first born was just a bub and I needed a creative outlet. As I began to grow & develop my little shop I took on another project which kind of became my focus and I ended up taking a great big giant detour...and LKP was actually closed.

Now a couple of years on I find myself older, wiser and re-visiting my beginning...lots of knowledge and learnings has come from my little detour and I feel more focused and centred this time around. I've come back with renewed passion and renewed vigour...with a clear direction and definite purpose.

Little Kraft Paperie is my little shop trying to make a small difference to our world. Curating a collection of sustainable, Eco friendly, handmade and where possible locally sourced range of paper goods, stationery, packaging and craft supplies that I hope...ignites the imagination and encourages others to be a little more environmentally conscious also. To know that we can continue to create, make and celebrate AND make our impact on this planet a little...less.

ORDERING + SHIPPING

PROCESSING TIMES
• In stock items - 3 working days
• Personalised orders - 5 working days
• Custom + special orders - 10 to 14 working days
• Printed stationery - allow 3 - 4 weeks for orders sent to our printer

SHIPPING OPTIONS
• Un-tracked flat letter post is FREE Australia wide. This is NOT a tracked service therefore we are unable to offer a refund for any un-tracked items that go missing or get lost. BY PURCHASING YOU ARE AGREEING TO THIS CONDITION OF SALE.

SHIPPING UPGRADES
• Tracked letter post available
• Parcel post & Express shipping includes tracking
• Signature required for orders over $100

DELIVERY
• Delivery is generally 2 - 10 working days from the date your was order sent (not date ordered). We ship from metro Melbourne.

CANCELLATIONS RETURNS + REFUNDS

CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your order kindly contact us ASAP so that we can work with you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS: We do not accept returns. Generally there are no refunds unless we have made an error with your order, in which case we may choose to replace or re-send any items; or process a refund.

MISSING/ LATE DELIVERIES: There are strictly no refunds for missing or late deliveries. Once we have shipped your order we are NOT responsible for any delays or orders that go missing; however if your order includes tracking we can work with the delivery service to resolve any delivery issues.

PRINTED STATIONERY PROCESS

ARTWORK APPROVAL
• Once you have placed your order we will put together your first draft and email to you for review within 3 working days
• We will revise & edit any changes required within 2 working days and re-send to you for final approval
• We include 2 revisions in the price - additional revisions are possible but will incur additional fees
• Once you have sent your final approval we send the artwork off to our printer within 1 business day

PRINTING TIMEFRAME
Please allow 10 - 21 working days for your order to be printed. Time frames are from the date we send your artwork to our printer.
• Digital printing: 10 - 14* working days
• Foiling + Letterpress: 14 - 21* working days

*Allow an additional 2 - 7 working days for delivery

PRINTED STATIONERY - CANCELLATIONS + REFUNDS

CANCELLATIONS:
• If no proof has been sent we will cancel and refund your order in full
• If we have sent a proof via email we will deduct $25 from your refund (the cost of creating the digital file)
• Once we have sent your order off to our printer (or commenced production in house) we cannot cancel your order

REFUNDS:
We print EXACTLY what is in the final/ approved proof; so it is imperative that you review all of the spelling, details & information thoroughly. There are strictly no refunds on any printed stationery that contains as error (that was in the proof).

However, should the error have been made on our behalf please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order so that we can remedy as quickly as possible.

EXPRESS POST + PRIORITY ORDERS

EXPRESS POST
Selecting Express post as your shipping method at checkout DOES NOT expedite order processing or production time. It simply means that once we have sent your order it should arrive to you sooner than standard mail/ parcel delivery.

PRIORITY ORDER PROCESSING
• If you need your order in a hurry and it DOES NOT contain any special order items or printed stationery we can arrange priority order processing or you
• Priority order processing incurs a $10 fee and your order will ship within 2 working days
• Please search 'priority order' in our shop and ADD this listing to your cart
• If you would like your priority order sent by EXPRESS POST please select this upgrade at checkout otherwise it will be sent by normal post

RUSH ORDERS - PRINTED STATIONERY

If you require your printed stationery urgently we can arrange a rush order service with our printing partner. This option only applies to orders we DO NOT print ourselves in house (refer to listing details for info).

Print production time frames still apply:
DIGITAL PRINTING - up to 5 WORKING DAYS
FOILING + LETTERPRESS - up to 10 WORKING DAYS

Please note above rush order time frames are estimates only. Generally it is much sooner than this but as we work with a printing partner we cannot guarantee that it WILL be.

ALL RUSH ORDERS INCUR A $35 FEE. Search 'Rush Order' in our shop and ADD this listing to your cart. If you'd like your order sent via Express Post you will need to select this upgrade when you checkout.

PRODUCT REPRESENTATION + COLOUR DISPLAY

Printed items may differ slightly in colour from our listing images shown on screen due to the differences in how screen and print display colour; lighting used to take any images etc...

Generally printed products may appear slightly darker (especially if printed on a darker base such as Kraft paper).

Colours represented on screen can vary also between digital devices due to the differences in display settings between smart devices & computers.

Should you need to colour match something specifically please contact me PRIOR to ordering printed items to discuss your needs or to arrange a printed sample or swatch prior to ordering.

Please note that there are strictly no refunds should the printed result not meet your colour requirements.

OUR ECO MESSAGE

I take an environmentally conscious approach to business & I'm doing lots of little things to try & make my impact... less.

• I source, sell and use Eco friendly paper goods that are made from recycled, part recycled materials and/or sustainably manufactured
• I package as many of our items as I can in true cello bags - that is bags made from cellulose which is plant based and biodegradable and NOT clear plastic BOPP (or plastic self seal 'cello' bags)
• Where possible I use eco friendly packaging to ship orders - this includes re-using or recycling boxes & shipping cartons & packaging materials
• I prefer to send big orders via our carbon neutral courier
• I encourage my customers to recycle & dare I say it...only purchase what you need!

Wholesale availability

I do offer a range of items at bulk and discounted rates in the 'Bulk + Wholesale' section. Pop past here if you'd like to stock my greeting cards, sticker labels and selected ranges of paper goods.

That said I do LOVE a chat and welcome and encourage inquiries should you wish to re-sell any of my items in your bricks and mortar or online store.
