The packs are great gift ideas and look amazing, I purchased one for Father’s Day and it looks just like the pictures. The owner of the store is lovely and replied promptly to any queries regarding the package and the items arrived very quickly. I would definitely recommend this store and purchase from it again

Everything about this purchase was fabulous - Claire was super quick with a customer design that perfectly fit what I asked her for, & was then super quick getting it made & delivered to me. To top it off, the fragrance is sublime. Can’t recommend this business enough.

Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of this product, refund requests will be assessed by individual case.
Damaged, late or lost items are out of Little Motto Designs' responsibilities. However, we will assist you in contacting Australia Post or the relevant Courier for more information.
Please ensure that you follow the below instructions when caring for your candle:
1) Store your candle in a cool, dry place under 25 degrees and away from direct sunlight to avoid discolouration and sweating.
2) The first time you light your candle always trim the wick to approximately 5mm and burn for 2-3 hours to allow the wax to burn evenly to the edges of the container. This will create a full ‘melt pool’ that will guarantee an even burn and maximum scent throw for the life of your candle.
3) Always keep your wick trimmed to 5mm to prevent sooting, mushrooming and blackened glass. Little Motto candles have a high concentration of fragrance which can cause mushrooming if the wick is not trimmed before each use. Discard any trimmings as they can create a potential fire hazard if left in the candle.
4) Always burn your candle for at least 2 hours at a time but never more than 4 hours for a scented candle.
5) Burn in a draft free area clear of combustible material such as curtains and paper, etc.
6) Stop burning the candle when there is 5mm of wax at the bottom of the jar. Glass is vulnerable to heat and could crack or break when there isn’t enough wax to absorb the heat.
7) Never leave a candle unsupervised and keep out of reach from pets and children.
8) Place your candle on a heat resistant surface to avoid damage.
Please make sure that your payment is complete within 2 days so you can enjoy your goods as soon as possible.
Shipping takes approximately 2-5 days Australia wide. Please keep in mind the delivery time when placing an order. Shipping may take slightly longer to rural areas.
We ship within Australia via Fastways Couriers and Australia Post. Please note that if you are not available to receive your order at the supplied address, it will be delivered to your local post office for pick up or the courier will leave a calling card to arrange re-delivery.
Shipping for orders of 3 items or more are significantly more expensive, please message us first so we can calculate the best and least expensive shipping option for you.
If you wish to receive your parcel sooner, please contact us for a custom listed EXPRESS DELIVERY before purchasing your items.
If your parcel is not picked up and is delivered back to us, you are able to choose to cancel your order or we can resend it to you.
If you choose to CANCEL YOUR ORDER, you will receive a refund for the products that you paid. However, no refunds will be available for the shipping cost.
If you choose for us to RESEND YOUR ORDER, you will not have to pay for the products again, however an additional cost for shipping may occur.
If your order hasn't arrived after 10 business days please contact us through the Etsy messaging system.
