We accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. Because of the nature of handmade items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Processing and Shipping Time
All orders ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your label is printed.

Hand-wash your crocheted scarf in cool water with a mild, delicate detergent, taking care to gently squeeze rather than wring or twist the stitches. Always lay the scarf flat on a towel to reshape and dry.
