We are husband and wife working as a team to fulfill the orders. We offer wide range party supplies from birthday, baby shower, gender reveal, bachelorette party, wedding occasion. From cardstock glitter cake toppers, wooden cake toppers, banners, sashes, pinback, party backdrops, socks, ornaments, cupcake toppers, birthday outfits, baby bibs. All text and colors are customizable.
All items are Made To Order from design, production & packing from our studio in Southern California.
Standard shipping within in the USA usually take 4-5 business days and expedite shipping usually take 2-3 business days. International shipping we can’t give exact delivery date as it depend on each country’s custom clearance. But it may take around 1-3 weeks.
All of the products come from smoke & pet free environment.

Sizing details
Every items that i listed always have size details in it. If you wish to change the size, you can message me and we'll work from there.
Wholesale availability
If you wish to buy in bulk, i can offer you wholesale price. Message me and we can discuss about it.
How long does it take to ship my order?
After you place order, usually it take 2-3 days to ship out, but when i have outstanding orders in line it may take up 5 days maximum.
If you wish to get it in certain fix date, you may message me to check it out
USPS upgrade shipping available for rush order.
What carrier you use for shipping? And what date?
Standard check out I'll use USPS first class mail, normally take 3-5 business days (within USA).
Expedite shipping also available on my listing, I'll use USPS priority mail, take about 1-3 business day depend on your area (within USA)
International Order
The time for shipping depend on your country custom and every country will have different time.
But likely may take 1-4 weeks.
All taxes, import, duty fee its on your own expense.
I ship out Monday to Saturday.
What if i never received my order?
All the parcel I sent out will always come with tracking numbers for your convenience.
If USPS lost your parcel, it's no longer my responsibility. I can help you check with USPS the status of your parcel, but if really has no resolution from usps, I recommend you should contact etsy.

Can I return my item that I already purchase?
Unfortunately I Don't receive return, refund and exchange.
All my items are MADE TO ORDER for you. But if there's problem with the order, you may always message me.
I received the color that I don't like. Can I return them?
In some of my listing, I provide some colors to choose for example colors of glitter, flowers colors or cardstock colors.
If you leave color you wish on seller notes during check out and get the wrong color, I'll be happy to replace it with the correct colors.
But " if you NEVER leave the specific color", I'll send out random color. In this case there will be NO exchange, refund or replacement given.
What's the cake & cupcake topper made from?
Please Read description to find out the material as we're now using wood, acrylic & glitter cardstock.
What's your banner made of?
It's made from 100% shed free glitter cardstock or solid cardstock with chipboard backing for steadiness. Approximately 0.039" thickness.
