1 out of 5 starsThey didn't give me what I ordered. I ordered a 2020 Monthly calendar and they sent me from June forward. I have emailed them to get a resolution but I shouldn't have to do that when I purchased a product that was clearly advertised as a complete yearly calendar. This is my first time ordering from Etsy and this is not a good first impression..... Not a happy customer....:(

Sheila, I'm so sorry you are less than satisfied! I have tried messaging you a couple of times to let you know that you purchased the wrong yearly calendar - you purchased the July to June calendar, not the January to December calendar. If you see this message, please get in touch so I can send you the one you wanted. I want to make sure every customer of mine is nothing short of delighted!

Stylish organizing printables for busy women
Like many new mothers, I found the transition from working girl to stay-at-home mum to be quite a shock. Wonderful, yes, but I craved some routine in a routine-less environment. Fast forward a few years and a few kids, I realized that the reason I felt overwhelmed was that I had my to-do list swirling around in my head but hardly anything on it seemed to get done. To become truly productive, I needed to get my to-do list onto paper.
And so Lorna Leigh Lane was born. I quickly discovered that when my tasks, appointments and thoughts were recorded on paper, my mind became free to focus on what I needed to be doing at that moment, whether it was keeping an appointment on time, doing something that I loved or simply enjoying my day-to-day routine. And let’s be honest, it had to look good or I wouldn’t feel motivated to keep using it.
Since then I have been creating functional yet stylish digital products to help other women just like you to get organized and celebrate their everyday too!

How do digital products work?
Once you’ve made your purchase, within minutes you’ll be able to access your files in a couple of different ways, either in your Etsy account or via an email you'll receive from Etsy with a link to download your files. 📩
You can then open your document and save it to your computer. 💻 If the product you've purchased is labeled an editable product, you can type directly into the document on your screen. ⌨️
