Any photos showing mobiles hanging from mobile arms on cots are customer photos- we do not sell mobile arms for cots.

POSTAGE:
•INTERNATIONAL parcels are all sent with tracking
•Tracking emails will be sent to your nominated email address from Australia post.
•US customers- use the same tracking number for USPS (local carrier) once its in the US.

•Express post (Australia only) just means express postage- standard turnaround times still apply.

All international parcels are sent with tracking. Tracking emails will be sent by Australia post to the email address on your order
What is my item hasn't been delivered within the expected timeframe?
All orders are sent with tracking which customers receive email tracking updates from aus post. Please check your junk folder if you haven’t seen an email once shipped, otherwise contact us for your link.
The international delivery timeframe from Australia post is 10-30 business days for items to be delivered. COVID-19, weather events and customs can delay postage times.
We will not refund parcels that are delayed in transit- please allow for delays in the current climate.
How do the mobiles hang?
Our mobiles are designed to hang from the ceiling. We recommend a screw in hook but sticky wall hooks work too.
Customers also use mobile arms for hanging but we don’t sell them.
