Q: WHAT WILL I GET?
A: You will receive size formatted files with your order. These can be used to print the sizes that are listed for your listing.
Q: HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY FILES?
A: Etsy will automatically email you the files once your order is confirmed. The digital files are delivered via a link in the email, then you can simply download them to your computer.
Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FILES?
A: Once you have placed your order, your files will be automatically emailed to you through Etsy, so check your inbox. This could take a few minutes.
Q: WHAT IF I NEED A CUSTOM SIZE?
A: Contact us. We can usually customize the file for you. There is no fee for a custom size.

Q: CAN I DOWNLOAD THE PRINT AGAIN IF I NEED TO?
A: Your files are always available under your account info when you are logged into Etsy. Go to your past purchases, and the option to re-download the files is available there.

A: There are many online printing stores that can print and ship your art directly to you, or you can take your files to a local print shop.

Print your digital files instantly on your home printer, or take them to your local print shop and have a professional work with you to print them. Upload them to on-line printing services that can print them on canvas and a wide variety of other products.

Colours may have a minor variation in tone as every computer, phone, tablet or laptop screen can show colours slightly differently to the colours that actually print.
