Tracey was lovely and helpful to communicate with when exploring sizing for this tee. The quality of the cotton (AS colour branded) and print is clear from its touch (though, have yet to see how it washes). Very happy with this purchase, which is intended as a gift for a friend.

Hey friends! I'm Tracey!

I help people become more calm & confident by developing their Mindset & Mindfulness skills.

My interest in Mindset, Mindfulness and Wellness comes from my own experience with an anxiety disorder, motherhood and being a grown up in this crazy world right now.

I am a mother to a daughter with a rare genetic disorder called Rett Syndrome - so I understand the chronic stress and anxiety that special needs parents are under constantly. Learning about mindfulness has really been so helpful to my mental health awareness, so I decided to create Mindfulness worksheets that will help others find their slice of calm & confidence again.

As a licenced Wellness Coach, Creative Arts Therapist, Podcast Host and Mindfulness junkie, I'm here to help you create the life you dream of. We can't control most of the things that happen to us, but we can absolutely control how we react to it. What will you do today, to get where you want to be?

Sorry but not at the moment :( Because of the severe and expensive postal delays, I’ve decided to hold off on shipping overseas for now. If you would like a Card Deck, and live outside of Australia please get in touch.

I am still able to post within Australia using Express Post satchels.
