5 out of 5 starsI researched lace roses for a 13th anniversary gift for my wife. Most were of poor quality or looked like a doily folded to look like a rose. This rose from Miss Poppins and Me was far and above superior to all others. The workmanship was outstanding and it exceeded my expectations! It looks completely authentic and most importantly, my wife loves it!

Miss Poppins is a creative romantic who lives in a bygone era filled with vintage fashion, love stories, endless cups of tea & flowers galore.
Her most vivid memories of growing up was constantly crafting, dressing up as a bride with a bouquet of flowers from her mothers garden & visiting Grandma's house to watch the Disney film 'Mary Poppins'. Dealing with a broken heart, she drew on these childhood passions to find joy & started the business, Miss Poppins & Me.
Based out of her home studio in Melbourne, Australia, countless hours are spent meticulously hand cutting, curling & assembling every petal & leaf of her paper flower creations. These are made from an assortment of quality papers sourced all around the world.
Miss Poppins believe that your love story should be cherished & celebrated, so she concentrates on handcrafting everlasting paper blooms for your most memorable romantic moments- like your wedding day & the endless anniversaries that follow.
To date she's helped love stories blossom across Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom & the United States of America.

Custom and personalised orders
Custom orders are always welcome.
Please specify the following when contacting Miss Poppins-
•Flower type
•Colour
•Shipping location
•Date required
•Any additional design or order details
Depending on the workload and your requirement, it could take approximately 2 to 8 weeks. Rush orders may incur an additional fee, and a 50% deposit may be required.
Gift wrapping and packaging
White gift boxes are available for purchase in the shopping cart when placing the order for your flowers. They are 9.5 cm x 33 cm x 23 cm and are tied off with a black ribbon. The paper flowers are carefully packaged inside the box with white tissue paper.
Care instructions
•Direct sunlight causes fading
•Avoid moisture and flames
•Dust and handle with loving care
A simple care instruction card with these easy guidelines is included with every order.
Wholesale availability
Miss Poppins & Me currently does not accept wholesale orders.
Lost or Misplaced Orders
Please make sure the shipping address you provide is correct, safe & secure. Orders can be deemed as lost if it has not arrived after 3 weeks within Australia or 8 weeks overseas from the date the order was shipped. Please contact Miss Poppins directly via Etsy messages or email hello@misspoppinsandme.com to resolve this issue promptly.
If the tracked item is marked as delivered by Australia Post but did not arrive, Miss Poppins is not responsible.
Customs Tax
Please note that some countries require customs tax to be paid before your order can be delivered. This unfortunately cannot be paid through Etsy when you place your order.

Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged in the USA, please head to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm or call USPS on 800-222-1811 to request a CN24 damage report.
You will need to retain any damaged items, packaging, & all contents until the claim is resolved. If you receive notification from the Postal Service, you will be required to bring the item, packaging, and all contents to a Post Office.
Please also send Miss Poppins a photo of both the damaged box & the contents via Etsy Messages or email hello@misspoppinsandme.com, & include documentation of the damages claim so that this can be submitted for compensation.
Wrong Address
Miss Poppins is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. Please contact your postal service with your orders tracking number to verify if you can redirect your parcel to the correct address.
An address can only be changed by Miss Poppins if the order has not been shipped.
If an order is returned, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs to resend to the correct address.
