Często zadawane pytania
How do I download my files?
After purchase, go to your Etsy account → Purchases and Reviews →
click "Download Files" next to your order. Files are available immediately.
You'll also receive a download link by email.
How do I access a Google Sheets template?
Your purchase includes a PDF with a link to the Google Sheets template.
Open the link, then go to File → Make a copy — this saves it to your
own Google Drive so you can edit it freely.
What file formats do you offer?
PDF files (for printables) and Google Sheets templates (for budget and
finance trackers). PDFs come in both A4 and US Letter sizes unless
otherwise noted.
Can I print these at home?
Yes! All PDF products are designed for home printing. A standard printer
works perfectly. For best results, print on white 80–120g paper.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the digital nature of these products, we are unable to offer refunds
or exchanges. If you have trouble accessing your files, please message us
and we will help you right away.
Can I share or resell these files?
All products are for personal use only. Please do not redistribute, resell,
or claim the designs as your own. Each purchase is a single-user license.
