Często zadawane pytania
Custom and personalized orders
Everything in our shop is a ready-made digital download: photography prints, illustration prints and Canva templates. We don't offer custom artwork, but if you need help with sizing or printing, send us a message and we'll do our best to help.
Sizing details
Every print comes as 5 high-resolution JPG files at 300 ppi, one for each print ratio: 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11x14 and ISO A (A-series paper). Together they fit the most common frame sizes, such as 4x6, 8x10, 11x14, 12x16 and A4. Our illustration prints go up to 24x36 in and A1. Our photography prints keep the original camera pixels with no upscaling, so their largest sizes depend on each photograph and are listed in every description. Not sure which file to use? Measure your frame opening, pick the matching ratio, or send us a message and we will help.
Is this a physical print?
No. Everything in our shop is a digital download, so nothing will be shipped. Once Etsy confirms your payment, you can download the files from your Etsy account (Purchases and reviews) and print them at home, at a local print shop or with an online printing service. Frames and room styling in our photos are for display only.
Where and how should I print?
A local print shop or an online photo printing service gives the best result. Ask for matte photo paper or a textured fine art paper and choose the file that matches your frame. Home printers work well for smaller sizes: use the highest quality setting and turn off "fit to page" so the print is not stretched or cropped. Colors and tones can vary slightly between screens and printers.
Are your photographs AI-generated?
No. Our Izmir black and white prints are real street photographs taken by Murat Hamidi, the documentary and street photographer behind Mosven Studio. Our illustration prints, such as the Winter Village series, are made by our studio with the help of AI image tools, and every listing says clearly how the artwork was made.
Can I resell or share the files?
Our prints are for personal use only. You can print them as many times as you like for your own home, but please do not resell, share or redistribute the files, or sell printed copies. Our Canva templates come with a commercial-use license for one photography business: you can send finished, personalized guides to your own clients, but not the editable template or its link. The full license is in each template listing.
Do I need Canva Pro for your templates?
No. Our photographer templates are tested with a free Canva account: you can copy, edit and export them as PDF without a Pro upgrade or watermark, and each listing shows when it was tested. Canva features can change over time, and adding your own premium assets may require a paid Canva plan.
