So so beautiful! Love the colour. And also love that the packaging was completely plastic free! Wish more people would ship product like this. Can’t wait to buy some linen bedsheets from MrDrapers! Thank you!!

Beautifully made, quality quilt cover. The colour and fabric is gorgeous. Not that I needed any more reason to stay in bed...

Mr Draper is a unique Australian business with a personal touch that crafts fine linen bedding and napery. Our products are thoughtfully designed and carefully hand made from high quality materials, sourced where possible from local, sustainable and ethical suppliers.

Mr. Draper started in 2014. It's founder, Alistair, was disillusioned with the increasing number of poorly made, disposable items that had infiltrated our homes – and our lives. Alistair set about creating products that are not only beautiful, but also hardwearing and functional.

Mr Draper is now a unique Australian business with a personal touch that crafts fine linen bedding and napery. Our products are thoughtfully designed and carefully hand made from high quality materials sourced, where possible, from local, sustainable and ethical suppliers.

Frequently asked questions

Wholesale availability

Not really. We are still small and don’t have the economies of scale to make it viable. However, we’re always open to working with good people doing interesting things. Please send us an email with what you have in mind and we’ll try to come up with something that works for both of us.

Care instructions

Washing

A cold machine wash on regular is preferred; however you can go up to about 30C without any issues.

Wash separately for the first wash or two, particularly with darker colours.

Drying

Line dry in the shade or tumble dry on low. Give it a shake before you hang it out or put it into the dryer.

Once dry, shake it out while it’s still warm. Then fold and put it away or pop it on the bed. This way you’ll avoid it wrinkling.

Pro Tip: Using a dryer will give it a softer feel than line drying.

Stains

Spot cleaning with a little Napisan or other fabric cleaner before washing will pull most stains out.

For oil stains, spot clean with some mild dishwashing liquid (which gets oil out surprisingly well).
