I am so happy that I found this micro meditation and healing. I am feeling now after only one session so relaxed and mentally & physically regenerated. I will keep listening it especially because of my busy life full of work stress, deadlines and home commitments. Peace and calm during this sessions is all I need to see my life from different and better perspective. I am very grateful for the treatment that I received this week.

I dont have the time to meditate but I felt I needed help with managing my mental health and found this! MICRO MEDITATIONS! I did not know they existed and I am so happy that they do! LOVE IT! And there is no boring narration either! Just sound, colour, affirmations and it gently helps me focus on my breathing so it calms me down in like, five minutes!
