Het begon allemaal toen…
Op een avond liep ik met een vriend terwijl ik studeerde aan UCSB en maakte een foto van de prachtige zonsondergang. Sindsdien geef ik les, reis en fotografeer ik de menselijke en fysieke wereld.
Ik heb door 50 landen, verspreid over 4 continenten gereisd en mijn werk heb ik laten opdracht geven, exposeren en veilen door een breed scala aan particuliere verzamelaars en organisaties op hoog niveau, waaronder de Verenigde Naties, internationale hulporganisaties en het House of Lords. Ik ben Fellow en Chartered Geographer van de Royal Geographical Society. Ik was jurylid bij de Royal Geographical Society Explore Photography Competition en stond op de shortlist van Landschapsfotograaf van het Jaar.
In 2019 heb ik de groep Creative Eye Photographers opgericht, die amateurfotografen en professionele fotografen met elkaar verbindt om online en in workshops op locatie samen te werken en verbinding te maken.
It all started when…
I was walking with a friend one evening while studying at UCSB and taking a picture of the beautiful sunset. Since then I have been teaching, travelling and photographing the human and physical world.
I have travelled across 50 countries, across 4 continents and have had my work commissioned, exhibited and auctioned by a wide range of private collectors and high-level organisations, including the United Nations, international aid organisations and the House of Lords. I am Fellow and Chartered Geographer of the Royal Geographical Society. I have sat as judge on the Royal Geographical Society Explore Photography Competition, as well as, being shortlisted Landscape Photographer of the Year.
In 2019 I created The Creative Eye Photographers group which connects amateur photographers and professional photographers to work together and connect online and in on-location workshops.
