Will my purchase be shipped?
All the products sold on my shop are downloadable, digital items.
This means that you will receive instant access to all digital files and no
physical products are shipped. Simply click on the download link sent to
you via email after your purchase to gain access to your item.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of my products, I’m unable to offer
refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if you ever need help
with one of my products, please contact me at: hello@myprintablefaith.com
How do I download my purchases?
Etsy will email you a download link where you’ll be able to
securely access your purchases.
To access your digital file(s) from within your account, go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order.
To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
Do you do custom orders?
Unfortunately, at this stage we are unable to offer customisations or custom orders.
