3 out of 5 starsThe hockey gift is adorable. The issue I had was customer service. The label Was printed on the 20th. On the 24th I reached out to see when it was sent and was told usps is slow to update and just be patient and wait. Reached out again. Told a different story and she would never respond when I asked what day it was mailed. She’d answer a different question. On the 31st I got a notification from Etsy it was shipped that day. Ok people have lives and other jobs and things come up. I can give all of that grace. When someone isn’t honest that’s another story. It’s really unfortunate because the shop has a great selection but these items are also sold in other shops. They did not arrive by the promised date and did not arrive in time for what I needed them for unfortunately.

4 out of 5 starsI ordered three of these. They came on time and were gorgeous. The wrapping was perfect as well. The basketball net of one of them had come unglued and one of the other frames had started to come apart. I used wood glue to fix it, but the seller did offer to replace it. It was a quick fix, though, so I just did it to save time. Overall, I would order again!

1 out of 5 starsThe item would have been great if the spelling was correct. The f’s look like b’s and the seller wouldn’t even respond to my message when I told them about it. It is embarrassing to give as a gift since it doesn’t read correctly. Now I’m just out the money

5 out of 5 starsIncredibly cute frame we purchased as a thank you for a coach. Seller was very friendly and very fast to answer messages. Item did take just a bit to ship, but nothing excessive. Overall, very pleased with experience and item. Would purchase again.

1 out of 5 starsI ordered 3 of these for coach gifts. Once I ordered I got a message saying they were on vacation for 3 weeks and wouldn’t get them until the beginning of March. No problem. I don’t need them until March 15. I got them March 10. The problem was 2 of the 3 had the wrong names. When I reached out, she asked me to try fixing them myself. She said she could send me new ones, but they wouldn’t be here on time and she doesn’t have an option to overnight ship or expedite. What?!?! She then said she would offer me a refund. Ok. She sent a refund if $16.09. I paid over $70 for 3 of these, in which 2 were messed up and could not gifted. When I questioned the refund, she said oh sorry, here’s a refund of $23. What?!?! Again, not even close to what I paid. I’m so upset about this situation and the lack of support to offer any kind of help
