What should I do, if my item didn't arrive within 60 days?
Firstly, don't worry! If your item did't arrive within 60 days, contact me and I will log an investigation through Russian Post. If the package is officially recognized lost, 100% refund is guaranteed. Also be ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is never picked up from the postal office or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying subsequent re-shipment fees.
Can you make to order the item exactly the same that at the listing's photo?
Be sure, all items in my shop are original. So I can't repeat an item exactly as in attached photo. But I promise I do my best!
As you know it is impossible to find two absolutely the same wooden sticks (driftwood).
Also a cord from different consignment may be different a little in tone.

If you need to cancel the order for any reason and refund the cost, please pay attention that the cost will not be returned in full. Part of the cost will go to pay off the payment services. Please note that 5% of the sum are non-refundable.
