However shipping time was very long , & the custom color and font that I was asked to pick for my daughter’s name, wasn’t correct. I didn’t understand what was the point of asking what color and font for the name engraving for it to just come standard font & black.

4 out of 5 starsI ordered 2 bottles with different names for my son and his friend. the quality of names and bottles are good! great really! however it took a good while to ship and they both came on different color water bottles than I had ordered.
