Min butik säljer vintagetyger per styck, inte per meter. Jag har massor av underbara tyger i varierande mängder som köpts in för att använda i mina syföretag under många år. Jag har bokstavligen slut på tid, men tyget är tidlöst. Jag hoppas att du hittar något att älska och använda här.
Jag återvinner kuvert från posten, så bli inte förvånad om du får ett oväntat märkespaket! Dessutom gäller fraktavgiften på 5 dollar för paketet, inte plagget. Om du köper 4,5 kg tyg betalar jag mellanskillnaden!
Jag kommer att lägga till nya tygstycken varje dag. Det finns hundratals fler, inklusive yards, halv yards och fat quarters av quilttyg. My shop sells vintage fabric by the piece, not by the yard. I have a great deal of wonderful cloth in varying amounts that was bought to use in my sewing businesses over many years. I am literally out of time, but the fabric is timeless. I hope that you find something to love and use here.
I recycle mailing envelopes so don't be surprised if you receive an unexpected name brand package! Also, the $5 shipping fee is for the package, not the piece. If you buy 10 pounds of cloth, I'll pay the difference!
I will be adding new pieces of cloth every day. There are hundreds more including yardage, half yards and fat quarters of quilting fabric.

Mer tyg än jag någonsin skulle kunna sy...

Jag har sytt i 65 år. Efter konstskolan arbetade jag i New York Citys kläddistrikt när kläder fortfarande designades, klipptes och syddes i USA. Jag fortsatte med att driva många små skräddarsydda sömnads- och fiberkonstföretag och studerade så många delar av konstformen som jag kunde: vävning, färgning, sidenmålning, lapptäcke, restaurering av quilts, danskostymer. Jag lämnade aldrig en tygaffär utan att ha köpt något. Nu behöver jag hitta hem till allt som finns kvar.

I have been sewing for 65 years. After art school, I worked in New York City's garment district when clothing was still designed, cut and sewn in the US. I went on to have many small custom sewing and fiber art businesses and studied as many parts of the art form as I could: weaving, dyeing, silk painting, patchwork, quilt restoration, dance costuming. I never left a fabric store without a purchase. Now, I need to find homes for all that is left.
