Very kind creators. In case of any questions they usually reply the same day. A preliminary preview of the ordered miniature is given to which you can request changes, making the whole design process a fun collaboration. The final product is great to paint and it's nice to see all the details you thought out return in a real miniature.

A great way to store and use your D&D gear right away. My item was created and shipped quickly, at the postal company there were some problems but the seller showed great communication and even helped to trace the package. Great D&D storage and reliable seller, absolutely recommended.

Was easy to talk with Gabriele, all the details and requests were considered and the end product had no problems whatsoever. The random bonus figurine is a nice touch too, will remember to come back if I'll ever need more custom minis

Really amazing was the Support and the amount of time the creator Invested to fullfill all our wishes and Change requests. We had several Chances for adjustments. That was Great and gave us the Chance to really bring our DnD Party to life like we always have Imagined.
