Just a bit about me. I am a wife, mom and full-time small business owner. My daughter is a competitive show jumper so we are on the road at times traveling to competitions. Upon grauation from University, I worked in construction managment as project manager for commercial projects for many years. Once we had our daughter, I worked in the non-profit arena until one day I decided I needed a change. It wasn't over night, but Paddock Threads was established (a nod to our equestrian roots) in 2014 and I've been I do it since.
All the designing, purchasing, social media posts, photography, website maintenance, bookkeeping and embroidery work. In addition to the items for sale here on Etsy, I also have: www.paddockthreads.com and work with groups and corporate entities on their branded items. I do my best to answer your questions and get design proofs out as quickly as possible. Some items require a longer time. If you need something sooner, PLEASE contact me. I will do my best to get it out by your need by date. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me. I try to provide the customer service to YOU that I want to receive.

Care instructions
Linens: Cold water wash, delicate cycle. Machine dry. Remove when damp. Press immediately with hot iron; embroidery side face down. Do not bleach.
Sizing details
Woollies are meant to be worn oversized. We recommend sizing up from your normal size (i.e. a t-shirt) for an oversized fit. Please use the sizing chart when making your selection. Sizing is Unisex.
Thread Colors
Some listings have a thread color selection option. I do my best to depict the color but understand that colors can vary from what is shown. This is due to a number of factors including but not limitied to: dye lots, the monitor on which you are viewing the colors, color charts, etc.
If you have a question about a specific color or combination of colors, please feel free to message me. I will do my best to show you what your design will look like in your selected colors. Note that these items are considered as "Custom / Personalized " orders and are non-returnable so choose wisely.
How many cocktail napkins are in a set?
Unless otherwise specified, cocktail napkins are in sets of four.
What if my package is lost?
Incorrect Address/Returned Mail:
Please be sure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay the shipping fee to have it sent back out. Orders that are lost due to an incorrect address will not be replaced or refunded.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Paddock Threads LLC / Paddock Threads Creative Studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen USPS, UPS or FEDEX packages. Once the tracking information is updated by USPS, UPS or FEDEX, our shop is no longer responsible for the item. We are not financially responsible for replacement products or refunds for claims of non-delivery if tracking shows it was delivered.
Custom and personalized orders
We do not accept returns for personalized items. If you have received something and are not satisfied with it, please Contact Us that we may help you. We want you to be extremely satisfied with your embroidered linens, clothing and accessories. All custom, personalized or Woolly Threads items are considered as a customized product and is thus non-returnable.
Please choose sizes carefully. Please take care in providing personalization or monogramming details.
Why is there an additional charge to add a name, text, date or monogram to my order?
I love being able to create something customized for my customers, but it does time additional time to create the personalization, go through the approval process, layout and hoop the additional location not to mention the additional materials involved for the embroidery. To be fair to everyone this isn't built into to the price.
