Post Office Deliveries

Items showing a DELIVERED status will not be refunded. Please contact your delivery service

Once the package leaves me, I am not responsible for the actions of the Post Office (including missing mail, tracking updates, etc). Please be aware, many circumstances can affect the USPS delivering on time. Contact your local USPS.

If your package is returned due to an insufficient address that you provided, you will have to re-submit another postage fee to cover the resend. No refund will be given for refusal to submit another postage fee.

I ship USPS First Class mail. Items are usually shipped in a white 4 x 9.50 envelope. Large orders are shipped in a Kraft Bubble Mailer 6 x 9.

Fabric on Pictured Items and Other Facts

At times, you may receive an alternate fabric other than the one shown in the pictured item. The fabric will be closely similar to the one shown in the picture. Also, fabric placement may differ than what is shown in the pictures.

At times, it is natural to see fibers sticking out from edges of patch. This is usually from the raw edge of the fabric material which is caught into the embroidery thread and will not harm your patch or take away from its look.

Please note, when desiring a color match to a digital picture, I cannot guarantee this due to the fact that all computer monitors differ. I do my best to match threads and fabrics.

Sizes and Measurements:
Sizes are measured from the tallest and widest portions.

Color Trueness and Glue Backing, Fabric Colors

Due to the fact that everyone's computer monitor or cellphone may show differences in color, I cannot guarantee the color you receive. I have taken the pictures in natural light and tried the best I can to capture the true colors.

On dark colors, the white glue backing may be more noticeable. You can trim this if desired, but be careful not to cut the embroidery threads.

On most patches, there will be a small white border around the edge from the iron on backing showing.

If you need a particular shade of color (i.e. light green, lime green, dark green, etc.) let me know, otherwise the shade of the color will be at my discretion. The pictures are examples, and may not be the shade you receive.

Iron On Adhesive

It is strongly advisable that you sew on or add additional glue to your patch. The iron on adhesive is good for a temporary bond. It is also good for about 6 wash cycles.

Iron on adhesive is not guaranteed to attach to various items such as leather, shoes, metal, etc. You may have to use additional glue. I am not responsible for the object you try to adhere the patch to without success.

Patch Station is not responsible for the application of patches or the ironing or sewing process involved in the application of patches/appliques.

Thread Colors and Fabric Colors

At times you may receive an alternate color of thread than what is shown in the photos, although I will try to keep the thread color close to what is shown.

If you need a particular shade of color (i.e. light green, lime green, dark green, etc.) let me know, otherwise the shade of the color will be at my discretion. The pictures are examples, and may not be the shade you receive.

Shipping Upgrades, Measurements and Sizes

Measurements and Sizes:
All measurements are approximate. They are measured in accordance with my embroidery program. They are measured at the tallest point and widest point of the patch. There may be discrepancies in your measuring devices as to mine. Please take this into account if you need a precise size.

Shipping Upgrades:
If you pay for a shipping upgrade, you still have 1 to 7 business days for it to be made and sent out.

Where is my purchase?

The customer is RESPONSIBLE to look at shipping times for their order and /or items. A ship by date is contained on the receipt the customer receives in their email.

RETURNS

Due to the handmade - made to order nature of my items all sales are final.

In such a case, if agreed upon, PATCHSTATION accepts returns if the customer contacts PATCH STATION within 3 business days from the date of delivery.
The return must be received by PATCH STATION within 7 business days from the date of the contact with PATCH STATION. The return must be received in perfect condition and cannot be used or the refund cannot be made. Shipping costs cannot be returned which include any shipping costs customer spends on returning the item and/or the shipping cost of seller mailing item to customer.

I DO NOT provide Return Postage for any reason. Customer must pay for their own return postage.

Embroidery Stitching Facts

Stitch width may vary according to size of patch. Photos are only examples and may not be accurate as widths, colors, etc.

Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.
If the package still does not show up, please call USPS to file a claim. PATCH STATION cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding!
