Durante le grandi promozioni a tema, eventuali codici sconto devono essere utilizzati al momento dell'ordine. Se te ne dimentichi, posso annullare l'ordine, ma non posso garantire che gli articoli saranno nuovamente disponibili per un nuovo ordine.

CONTROLLA SEMPRE I TEMPI DI ELABORAZIONE SUL TUO ANNUNCIO. Sono espressi in giorni lavorativi, il che significa che fine settimana e festivi non sono inclusi. Il tuo ordine potrebbe essere spedito prima, ma ti preghiamo di essere pronto ad attendere la scadenza dei tempi di elaborazione PRIMA che l'ordine venga spedito.

Siete comunque invitati a lasciare un messaggio e, se dovessi ricevere tutti gli ordini, POTREI essere in grado di accontentarvi, ma sappiate che NON è garantito. *Questo non si applica agli ordini internazionali. Ci saranno comunque più ordini combinati a causa degli elevati costi di spedizione.*

SE IL TRACCIAMENTO DELL'ORDINE MOSTRA CHE IL PACCO È STATO CONSEGNATO, non saremo in grado di sostituirlo se ne rivendichi la mancanza. Assicurati che l'indirizzo scelto per la spedizione del pacco abbia una casella postale sicura. SE IL TRACCIAMENTO DELL'ORDINE MOSTRA CHE IL PACCO È STATO SMARRITO/MANCANTE, contattami e ti aiuterò a presentare un reclamo per pacco smarrito. Non posso farlo per te. Devi accedere al tuo account USPS per inviare il reclamo. Puoi crearne uno se non ne hai già uno. L'assegno per la richiesta di rimborso ti verrà inviato direttamente per posta.

Se ordini un articolo con tempi di elaborazione brevi insieme a un altro articolo con tempi di elaborazione più lunghi, la spedizione di quello con tempi di elaborazione più brevi verrà ritardata, in modo che possano essere spediti insieme. (Etsy utilizza automaticamente il tempo di elaborazione più lungo per l'intero ordine in base agli articoli selezionati con tempi di elaborazione più lunghi.) Se desideri che l'articolo con tempi di elaborazione più brevi arrivi più velocemente, effettua un ordine separato.

During large themed drops, any discount codes must be used at the time you place your order. If you forget, I can cancel your order, but I cannot guarantee your items will be available to re-order.

PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK THE PROCESSING TIME ON YOUR LISTING. These are in business days, which means weekends and holidays are not included. Your order may ship sooner, but please be prepared to wait until the processing time is up BEFORE your order ships.

Shipping Policy: Unfortunately, I can no longer guarantee combined shipping for orders placed during large themed drops. You are welcome to still leave a note and if I happen to catch all orders I MAY be able to accommodate you, but please know it is NOT guaranteed. *This does not apply to international orders. They will still have multiple orders combined due to the high cost of shipping.*

IF YOUR ORDER TRACKING SHOWS YOUR PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, we are unable to replace the order if you claim it is missing. Ensure the address you select to ship your package to, has a secure mailbox. IF YOUR ORDER TRACKING SHOWS YOUR PACKAGE WAS LOST/MISSING. Please contact me and I can assist you with filing a lost package claim. I am unable to do this on your behalf. You must log into your USPS account to submit the claim. You can create one if you don’t already have one. The reimbursement claim check is mailed directly to you.

If you order an item with a short processing time along with another item with a longer processing time, it will delay shipment of the one with the shorter processing time so they can ship together. (Etsy automatically uses the longest processing time for the entire order based on the items you select that have the longest processing time.) If you want the item with the shorter processing time to arrive faster, please place a separate order for it.
