What do I receive after purchase?
You will receive a professional PDF Instruction Sheet containing a secure link to your high-resolution files. Each digital download includes 5 master files (300 DPI, JPG format), calibrated for over 20 standard frame sizes.
Where can I find my download link?
Once payment is confirmed, your PDF will be available under your Etsy account (Purchases and Reviews) and will also be sent to your registered email address.
How and where should I print my digital art?
UK: Snapfish, VistaPrint, or local professional print shops.
US: Staples, Walgreens, or Shutterfly.
EU: CEWE, WhiteWall, or Saal Digital.
How are physical prints produced and shipped?
Each physical poster is hand-printed in our UK studio using a professional wide-format plotter. We use premium heavyweight matte paper (180-230gsm). Small prints are shipped in hard-backed envelopes, while larger formats are carefully packed in protective tubes.
Do you offer tracking for physical orders?
Yes. All physical orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked service to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Can I request a custom size?
Absolutely! If you need a specific size, please message us before or after your purchase. We provide one free resizing service per order.
Can I use your art for commercial purposes?
No. All artwork from Pencil Click Studio is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the files for commercial gain in any form.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to their nature, digital downloads cannot be returned or refunded. For physical prints, please contact us within 14 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
