Do you have plus sizes?
Yes, we make some pieces in special sizes XXL (extra $10) and XXXL (extra $20). Please see product size dropdown to see if this is offered.

What is your production time / delivery time?

Please refer to the shop announcement for current lead time updates. Our product is very season so different times of year are busier.

Please be patient with us, as we are a small team and everything is bespoke made-to-order. We ship with DHL express international, which takes 3-7 working days worldwide.

We strongly recommend ordering at least 8 weeks in advance, but if you cannot meet this minimum timeframe, feel free to contact me to discuss PRIOR to ordering :)

Gift wrapping and packaging

All our Etsy orders are beautifully packaged with a branded cotton drawstring bag and blank gift card.

What fabric do you use?

We only use 100% natural fibre fabrics including Rayon & Cotton. They are breathable, soft to the skin, don't itch, and don't sweat. We NEVER use any Synthetic fabrics, including fake silk satin or polyester. All our fabric designs are exclusive to Piyama, we have our own fabric hand-printed using fabric screens here in Bali, double hot-washed, and softened, for an extra luxurious, soft feel fabric. This is part of the bespoke making process we pride ourselves on.

USA - Import Taxes over $800 USD

Please consider the USA customs now charge import fee's on shipments valued at $800 USD or over. We do not cover these import costs. Please contact the customs department for more information.

We do not accept returns or refunds for unclaimed/unpaid taxes for shipments to any country.

Does someone need to sign for the delivery? Signature waiving?

Yes, we ship with DHL express, they require a signature upon delivery, otherwise they will take the parcel back to your local DHL centre for collection. There is an option to waive the signature, however we strongly suggest against this, as parcel theft is a serious issue. If the delivery signature is waived, we or DHL are not liable for lost / stolen parcels, so please carefully consider this prior to doing so.

It is important to note, they will only hold your parcel for a maximum of 14 days, before returning to sender. It is important to track your own parcel online, to avoid this happening - we do not take responsibility for undeliverable parcels.

How do I track my parcel online?

As soon as we have dispatched your parcel, you will receive a notification email. Your tracking number will be visible via the "TRACK PACKAGE" link in the top part of this email. Copy your tracking number.
