I’m sorry to hear about your experience. I want to clarify that the product delivered was not misleading. The content provided in the Word document contains the exact same material and structure as the OneNote version, only in a different file format for compatibility purposes. There is no difference in the actual content delivered. However, I respect the buyer’s opinion and I have already processed a full refund to resolve the issue. My goal is always to provide clear and useful digital products, and I appreciate anyone who takes the time to review my work
