Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Printed orders may be cancelled for a full refund when the cancellation request is received within two days of the purchase. Orders cancelled after two days will be issued a refund equal to 50% of the purchase price up to $50. Once a design proof has been approved and production has begun, orders may not be cancelled.

Digital printable orders may not be cancelled after a design proof has been sent to the buyer.

Instant download orders can not be cancelled.

Are lined pages available on the large guest books?

Yes! Choose lined or blank pages on any guest book size.

Can I see a proof before my order is printed?

Yes. Guest books, address stickers, and most card orders include a design proof and 2 rounds of revisions, if necessary, prior to printing. Additional revises cost $10 per round.

No proofs are provided for Journals, Notebooks, and some Thank You Cards.

Design proofs will be delivered via Etsy Message. It is the buyer's responsibility to approve proofs in a timely manner. We will send two reminders to review and approve your proof. If we do not hear from you within 2 business days after the 2nd reminder your book will go to print as is.

We are unable to provide design proofs before a purchase is made.

Can I change the font in my order?

Yes. You may choose another font from those offered on the listing you purchased. If no other fonts are offered on the listing, you may purchase a font change for $10 USD. Orders include a maximum of two revises.

Not all fonts will be suitable for all designs. We will advise you on recommended substitutions whenever possible.

Can I change the design layout or add a photo?

Our designs are sold as shown in the listing photos, with only slight modifications to accommodate content and included customizations. Changing the layout, adding photos, or additional text is considered a custom order and is available only as time permits and may include an additional fee. Send us a message before placing an order to see if we're available for custom work and to get a price estimate.

When will I receive my order?

Book orders generally ship 5-7 business days after you've approved the design proof. Stickers and cards ship 2-4 business days after you've approved the design proof. Orders that do not include a proof ship 5-7 business days after you placed the order.

Can you ship to a different address from the address on my order?

No. Orders will only be sent to the address listed on your order. If you need to change the address, you'll have to cancel the order, update the address on your account and then re-place the order.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Damaged or defective items will be replaced with an identical item. No exchanges or design changes can be made on defective items. Please contact us immediately if there's a problem with your order. To expedite a reprint, send photos of the damaged item.

I want a horizontal/landscape book - which option do I choose?

All measurements in the shop are listed Width x Height in inches. So the horizontal/landscape books are either 9x6 or 10x8. The vertical/portrait books are 6x9 or 8x10.
