Ciao e benvenuti su Quality Barware!

Sono io la persona dietro al bancone, quella che ha le idee e che probabilmente si perde un po' troppo in dettagli per creare il cocktail perfetto.

Sono cresciuta nel settore della ristorazione, quindi l'ospitalità ha sempre fatto parte del mio mondo. Ma il mio percorso nel mondo del bartending è iniziato quando qualcuno mi ha detto che le donne vendono meglio i drink degli uomini e che probabilmente non sarei stata adatta a quel lavoro perché non ero una donna attraente.

Beh, se c'è una cosa che dovreste sapere di me, è che dirmi che non posso fare qualcosa è un ottimo modo per farmi venire ancora più voglia di farla.

Ciò che avrebbe potuto scoraggiarmi si è trasformato nella scintilla che ha acceso la mia passione. Volevo dimostrare che fare il barista è molto più che apparenza. È questione di conoscenza, creatività, tecnica, personalità e capacità di far sentire le persone a proprio agio. È questione di padroneggiare il proprio mestiere e di essere orgogliosi di ciò che si offre ai clienti.

E quel fuoco si è trasformato in qualcosa di più grande.

Più di quello che c'è nel bicchiere

Quality Barware è nata dalla mia passione per il settore e dal desiderio di rendere il mondo dell'ospitalità un po' più creativo, efficiente e divertente.

Dal servizio di barman privato all'organizzazione di eventi, fino agli strumenti digitali che semplificano calcoli come la quantità di ghiaccio e la regolazione dell'acidità, tutto ciò che creiamo nasce da un sincero apprezzamento per ciò che accade dietro al bancone.

Adoro il lato creativo dei cocktail, ma mi appassionano anche la scienza, la risoluzione dei problemi e tutti i piccoli dettagli che rendono possibile la creazione di un ottimo drink.

Che si tratti di dare vita a un evento privato o di creare una calcolatrice che faccia risparmiare tempo al barista durante la preparazione, l'obiettivo è sempre lo stesso: migliorare il lavoro e rendere l'esperienza più memorabile.

Perché diciamocelo, fare il barista non è sempre una cosa seria.

La nostra ultima piccola ossessione è una collezione di felpe girocollo e maglioni ricamati con minuscoli personaggi ispirati alla vita di un barman. Il mio percorso mi ha insegnato che non devi per forza conformarti all'idea che qualcun altro ha di chi dovrebbe stare dietro al bancone. Ti serve solo la passione per continuare a impegnarti, imparare, creare e mettere tutto il tuo cuore in quello che fai.

Hey there, welcome to Quality Barware!

I’m the person behind the bar, behind the ideas, and probably overthinking the perfect cocktail just a little bit.

I grew up in the service industry, so hospitality has always been a part of my world. But my journey into bartending started with someone telling me that women sell drinks better than men, and that I probably wouldn’t belong behind the bar because I wasn’t an attractive female.

Well, if there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that telling me I can’t do something is a pretty good way to make me want to do it even more.

What could have discouraged me became the spark that lit my fire. I wanted to prove that bartending is about so much more than appearances. It’s about knowledge, creativity, technique, personality, and the ability to make someone feel welcome. It’s about understanding your craft and taking pride in what you put in front of someone.

And that fire grew into something bigger.

Quality Barware was built around my love for the craft and my desire to make the hospitality world a little more creative, efficient, and fun.

From private bartending and event curation to digital tools that take the guesswork out of things like ice calculations and acid adjustments, everything we create comes from a genuine appreciation for what happens behind the bar.
