Items in this shop can safely be purchased via PayPal or Etsy Direct Checkout with credit, debit, or gift cards. Please note that I must add 9% sales tax to all physical orders purchased by Illinois residents.

All orders will be shipped directly to the Etsy buyer’s listed mailing address. If you’re purchasing an item as a gift, please let me know and I’d be happy to package it as such.

Shipping charge overages of more than $1 will be refunded once the item is sent.

Unless otherwise noted or requested, I use USPS for shipping. First Class Mail is the default shipping method for all stationery and paper goods. Priority and Priority Express may be used for other items. All USPS shipping will include tracking information and insurance to protect your order.

Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 3 business days of your order. Custom orders vary in production time, but will typically ship within 3-5 business days.

If you need an order rushed, please contact me and we will work together to make sure you receive your item as quickly as possible. You may want to use Fedex or UPS air service instead of USPS, and I can suggest the best service/price to meet your needs based on my experience.

I know, right!? My process is a modern twist on the ancient Japanese art of suminagashi, which translates to “floating ink.” Have you ever water-marbled your nails with nail polish? Same idea! Pigment inks are deposited on the surface of water and manipulated in a random way. Paper is then carefully laid on the water surface to capture the floating design. So mesmerizing, and perfect for unique stationery.

All planner covers, dashboards, and inserts are created with either heavyweight 110lb cardstock, or 140lb watercolor paper. Each piece is laminated with professional-grade 5 mil lamination film using a pressure system with superior heat distribution (this is fancy-talk for “your planner cover won’t bubble or peel apart”). We’re talkin quality goodies here, people!

Please note: I cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized orders (for example, monogrammed planner covers). Laminated goods showing a manufacturing defect can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Wear and tear is normal and will vary with use. Please contact me if you would like a repair for your product within 30 days of receipt. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Unless the order arrives damaged or incorrect, return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. If a refund is granted, it will be less outgoing shipping charges. See shop policies for more details.
