Al liceo, un amico mi chiamava Restlessly Random.
Per tutta la vita ho sempre creato e realizzato. Ho scelto i materiali e le idee che mi sembravano più interessanti.
Quando avevo vent'anni sognavo di avere un negozio fisico. Stare seduto nel mio negozio a creare cose tutto il giorno mentre la gente entrava per comprarle.
All'inizio degli anni 2000, il mio allora fidanzato tornò a casa con un articolo sul giornale che parlava di un sito chiamato Etsy, dove potevo vendere i miei lavori artigianali.
Mi sono iscritto subito.
Non ho avuto un grande successo, ma ho trovato case amorevoli per le cose che ho creato. E questo è il mio obiettivo. Ho creato queste cose perché amo crearle. Ora stanno cercando una casa, così avrò lo spazio necessario per il prossimo ciclo di creazioni iper-fissate!
In high school, a friend named me Restlessly Random.
Throughout my life I was always making and creating. Whichever materials and ideas seemed the most interesting to me, that's where I went.
In my 20s I dreamed of having a brick and mortar store. Sitting in my shop, making things all day while people came in to buy them.
In the early 2000s, my then-boyfriend came home with an article in the newspaper about a site called etsy where I could sell my crafts.
I signed up immediately.
I've not had grand success, but I have found loving homes for things I've created. And that's my goal. I made these things because I love to make them. They're now looking for homes so I have the storage for the next round of hyperfixation creation!
