They came in perfect condition. I was so surprised because they came in the mail in a box and traveled so far but they are beautiful. This is a great company.

Buying plants online can sometimes feel like a bit of a gamble, with methods of packing often varying wildly depending on the seller, and often a stressful long journey across country by mail. In my order, there was an obvious issue that arose - but it was resolved swiftly, kindly, and I feel the seller's integrity was very clear in their response. I would recommend this seller!

Banana tree came super healthy and vigorous already pushing out new growth within a week . I'm in California there's no further than that and it's doing amazing. Definitely recommend and will keep doing business with RoP.
