Sometimes I have problems with ordering rugs online where they have odors, damage, or other issues, but this one was great. Looks just like the picture. And they are great about following up during shipping, as things are a bit uncertain due to the pandemic.

5 out of 5 starsThe rug is stunning and high quality. The size and color palette are perfect for the space and I stop to admire it several times a day. Shantanu was delightful in all our correspondance and kept me up to date about the shipping. I ordered in the midst of Covid chaos, so it took some time to arrive, but I didn’t mind. It was very securely packaged and showed no signs of its long journey. I would definitely order from this shop again.
