If you do not know your ring size, I highly recommend that you purchase a ring sizer for accurate sizing.
When the buyer chooses a size at checkout, such as for a ring, I cannot be responsible for errors by the buyer, such as choosing the wrong size. If the buyer chooses the wrong size, and re-sizing is required the buyer can source a local jeweller to do this, or I will quote my fee to re-size.

All orders will come beautifully, and safely, wrapped. I can add a hand written note card if you are buying a gift. Just tell me the details in the 'message to seller' section when you check out.

Should the item arrive faulty or unusable in any way, I will rectify the issue for you. You need to contact me within 5 days of the item's arrival (determined by the delivery date registered by postal services) to discuss the issue. Depending on what the required solution will be, I reserve the right to make repairs myself or accept the item back for a full refund. I do not offer partial refunds in any circumstances. I do not accept returns for reasons of buyer remorse or error...but I will work with you to achieve a mutually satisfying solution whatever the issue.
I cannot be held responsible for items going "missing", once posted. This rarely happens but if you are concerned about this, please purchase International Standard Tracking.

Most items can be made and sent out within 1 - 3 working days.
Once you have made your order, you will be contacted shortly after with a time frame.
You will be kept updated throughout the process!

On the rare occasion packages can go "missing", once in the Postal system.
Once I have submitted a package to my Post Office, I no longer have control over the package.
I do everything I can from my end to ensure that all packages make it to their proper destinations (all are safely and securely wrapped, correct postage paid and the appropriate customs documentation filled out correctly).
I cannot be held responsible for items going "missing", once posted. Please note that I will not replace the jewellery for free as this is how I make a living. If you are concerned about this, purchase International Standard Tracking.
I also can not be held responsible if the address provided is incorrect. Ensure your details are correct when checking out.

All packages I send will go via Registered Australian Post to ensure correct delivery.
All items will be safely and securely wrapped prior to posting out.

All jewellery made by Runik Jewellery are built tough and sturdy, designed for everyday wear.
Sterling Silver will tarnish over time so if you want to keep it shiny buy some silver polish.
All gemstones used are of the highest quality and are ethically sourced from small businesses/miners/gemcutters and mostly from within Australia.
All gemstones used are on the higher end of the Mohs scale to ensure that they can never scratch or break.
All 925 Sterling Silver used is 100% recycled and is sourced from a small business within Australia.

If you are unsure whether or not you are allergic to Sterling Silver the only way to know is to wear it and see what happens. Make sure you try all areas of your skin because personally, I am only allergic to sterling silver on my ear lobes and neck. So can wear rings and bracelets, no problem.
If you are allergic to Sterling Silver, let me know and I can lacquer the jewellery for you. I use the highest marine grade lacquer for my own personal jewellery and it is extremely hard wearing and will prevent any problems with allergies.
Please note that 3 coats will be applied with long drying times. So you will need to allow 1 week to add to the processing time.

Oxidised sterling silver has a killer matte or shiny black surface with a gun metal lustre.
Oxidising is a treatment called a patina which is applied to the surface of the silver, which then changes colour. This process does not change the internal makeup of the metal and can be reversed if necessary.
As it's a surface treatment it will wear off naturally over time and leave a antique look silver finish.
I can lacquer items on request to prolong the oxide and/or provide information on how to keep it dark yourself using household products.
