Frequently asked questions
Where is my item/why haven't I received it?
Files are not emailed directly to you. Using a computer, please navigate to the 'Purchases & Reviews' page in your Etsy Account to find the 'DOWNLOAD FILES' link to download your file(s) or refer to the instructions on your Etsy receipt for more information.
Please note: Digital downloads CANNOT be used with mobile devices such as smart phones, iPhones, iPads or tablets. You MUST use a desktop computer.
I ordered a Party Pack, but only some files are on my download page?
Please download the instructions sheet included with your purchase on your download page. It will explain how to log in to our partner site Corjl.com which contains all of the EDITABLE files.
An automatic email from Corjl.com will be sent to your Etsy Email Address with direct access to the EDITABLE files.
All NON-EDITABLE files will be available to download from your Etsy account.
Can you print items for me?
No, unfortunately we don't offer printing services.
There are, however, several online companies where you can upload your items, and they will print and post for you.
Can I get a refund if I buy the wrong item?
Unfortunately, since our items are digital and are available for unlimited downloads after purchase, refunds are not possible.
It is for this reason that we recommend you choose carefully, and contact us with any questions before making a purchase.
If an error is made with your purchase, however, (ie. Birthday invitation instead of Baby Shower) we are happy to offer a 50% discount off your preferred item.
Just contact us and we will organize it for you.
Do you add all the text I want and send me the completed invitation?
No, our invitations are 'do-it-yourself', partially editable, and instant download.
As per the product descriptions of all of our invitations and editable party decorations, an automatic email will be sent to your from our partner site Corjl.com with direct access to Edit & Print your invitation (or editable digital file).
Each editable product also has a FREE DEMO linked in the product description, to allow you to 'Try before you Buy'.
Custom and personalised orders
We are always happy to customise Invitations, 'ready to print' with your own text, colour scheme or minor design alterations.
All prices in the price list below are an additional charge which must be added to the original item price by adding a custom design fee (contact us for more information).
