Returns will be accepted within 7 days of arrival.
We'll give you a full refund (not including shipping costs and any customs fees) as soon as we get the package back.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties on returns and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
We cannot accept items that have been washed or repaired, or items that have had hair from pets, fragrances from cigarettes or perfumes, or makeup adhere to them.
Please pay special attention to traces of cosmetics and scents of perfumes.

Please note that returns due to reasons unique to handmade products such as hand weaving or dyeing will be treated as returns for the customer's convenience.
