About Me – From Struggles to Specialization: A Nurse’s Story
Hola, soy Elise, una enfermera con licencia en EE. UU. que comenzó como muchos otros: llena de esperanza, ansiedad y con el corazón decidido a marcar una diferencia.
Pero el camino no fue fácil.
Comencé mi trayectoria como enfermera en cuidados generales, lidiando con turnos largos, cursos abrumadores y la presión constante de "saberlo todo". Hubo noches en las que lloré de agotamiento, me pregunté si era suficiente y me costó organizar mis apuntes, retener información compleja y mantenerme al día con las exigencias de la práctica clínica.
Pero no me rendí.
Con el tiempo, desarrollé mis propios sistemas: apuntes claros y concisos, marcos de estudio y hojas de referencia que me ayudaron a mantener los pies en la tierra y a retener lo realmente importante. Estas herramientas no solo me ayudaron a aprobar exámenes y a encontrar confianza en mi puesto, sino que también me abrieron las puertas a algo más grande.
Actualmente, me especializo en enfermería de cuidados intensivos y diagnóstico por ultrasonido, campos que requieren un pensamiento crítico agudo, una toma de decisiones rápida y un conocimiento profundo de la anatomía, la fisiología y la tecnología.
Ahora uso esa experiencia para crear recursos de enfermería digitales que simplifican conceptos complejos, para que las futuras enfermeras puedan aprender más rápido, sentirse más seguras y tener éxito sin el agotamiento que alguna vez experimenté.
Cada guía, cuadro y nota en mi tienda se basa en la experiencia clínica real, la empatía genuina y la pasión por ayudar a otros a prosperar.
Porque sé lo que se siente luchar y también sé lo que se siente levantarse.

Hi, I’m Elise a U.S.-licensed nurse who started out just like many others — full of hope, anxiety, and a heart set on making a difference.
But the road wasn’t smooth.
I began my nursing journey in general care, juggling long shifts, overwhelming coursework, and the constant pressure to "know it all." There were nights I cried from exhaustion, questioned if I was enough, and struggled to organize my notes, retain complex information, and keep up with the demands of clinical practice.
But I didn’t give up.
Over time, I developed my own systems — clear, concise notes, study frameworks, and focused cheat sheets that helped me stay grounded and retain what truly mattered. These tools not only helped me pass exams and find confidence in my role, but they also opened the door to something greater.
Today, I specialize in Intensive Care Nursing and Ultrasound Diagnostics — fields that require sharp critical thinking, rapid decision-making, and deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and technology.
Now I use that expertise to create digital nursing resources that simplify complex concepts, so that future nurses can learn faster, feel more confident, and succeed without the burnout I once experienced.
Every guide, chart, and note in my shop is rooted in real clinical experience, genuine empathy, and a passion for helping others thrive.
