I am passionate about my art and I handmake each one of my items with love and care in my small "atelier".

Delivery
Please allow ten days for your item to be shipped after the payment has been confirmed via Paypal.
All of my items are delivered in a beautiful color-matched organza bag and properly packaged for shipping. If you buy a special item, with a special (hi)story (for example one of the archeocompatible items), I'll also print the related info for you.
Shipping is free of charge for all EU countries. For other countries, the normal shipping rates are specified within each shop's item. I ship and insure all of my items via the traditional mail services and, when shipped, I'll send you the tracking code so that you can track your purchase. Should you wish your item to be shipped via a faster service provider (ups, etc.), please require info on the special applicable rate before ordering.

Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees imposed by your country.

Because I handmake most of my items to order, I am happy to customise them for you. Should you wish to have one of my shop's items customised, please convo me and specify your wishes before ordering. I will let you know whether your customisation is technically possible. I love challenges, but your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me, therefore I won't venture into anything I am not sure about.
