I love creating wonderful things from the scratch. Working with fibres and fabrics is so much fun, relaxing and inspiring. My other passion is to work with the computer to create unique designs both for machine embroidery and hobby plotter.

Welcome to my Etsy Shop. All my items are made by myself. Digital items will be available for instant download as soon as the payment has been processed through Etsy payments.

As I have created and digitised all my embroidery designs using my own ideas and draws I held the copyright of those items.

You are allowed to use my embroidery files to create ready made items for sale if you are a SOLE TRADER and produce your items with no help of other persons. You are not allowed to use my designs to create products for sale as a wholesaler or industrial producer. You are not allowed to sell, change, copy or forward the original files. If you need a personalised embroidery design please contact me.

Returns and exchange details
BEFORE purchasing a digital file YOU MUST make sure you MUST HAVE (or create) A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT - AND you need have access to it. I do not send digital files per email. They are accessible in your customer account which you need to have access to. Ordering as a guest (no registered account) may lead in problems accessing your files. I am not able to assist if you are ordering with email addresses you have no access to. PLEASE take your time, register an account with Etsy and then proceed to purchase items.

If you order as a guest you may have to wait for your file to be received in email, which can take up to 5 business days. I am not able to follow up this orders close to the purchase date as I am focusing on registered customers to assist. Do both of us - you and me - a favor and become a 'VIP' to receive VIP service - register an account. Thank you.

For digital download no refunds or exchanges are allowed and I do not allow cancellation after payment has been made. This is because once you have purchased the digital file and paid for it successfully, Etsy will enable a download link in your account and therefore the item is marked as shipped, which gives you instant access to the file once paid.

For custom orders on physical items there are no returns or exchanges due to customer fault (wrong information regarding the customisation), as these items are most times can not be sold to other customers.

All my ready to ship physical items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving. You can also cancel your purchase before the item has been shipped. Once I have marked the item as shipped the purchase can not be cancelled.

If you wish to return your physical item, a refund will only be made if the item returns unused and in its original condition. I'll inspect the item for any signs of use and will inform you about the refund decision.

Please check your item immediately after you have received your order and take pictures of the original package and the condition it has been received. This helps to investigate if your package arrives with any kind of damages.
We accept any payments via Etsy payment.

We only ship when we've received your payment. There is no return for digital items. You don't have to pay any fees for shipping of digital items, shipping is free. Once you have bought the item, we received the payment and sent the files, you cannot apply for cancellation or returns.
For physical items I send the items in/from Australia, the shipping costs are calculated by the volume of your purchase (I use Australia Post Calculator). Please ask for shipping costs before purchasing if you unsure. Second item is included.
