As a new grad, it can feel overwhelming trying to transition from school into real-world patient care, and this guide helped make that process feel much more manageable. I found it to be a MUST HAVE resource for building confidence, improving workflow, and having something reliable to reference when needed. You can tell a lot of thought went into creating it for new providers. I would highly recommend this to any new NP or soon-to-be graduate looking for extra support and guidance!

Is this a physical product or a digital download?
All items in this shop are digital downloads. After purchase, you'll receive instant access to your files (typically PDF, but file format may vary by listing — check the individual product description for details). You can print files at home or use them on your device. Nothing will be shipped.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase, only if the file has not yet been downloaded. Because all items are instant-access digital products, refunds are not available once the file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your file (corrupted PDF, missing pages, wrong file delivered), please message me right away and I'll fix it or issue a full refund.
Can I print this at home?
Yes. All files are formatted for standard letter-size (8.5x11") paper and print cleanly on any home printer. You can also use them digitally on your tablet or phone.
Can I share or resell this file?
Answer: All files are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the file with others. For commercial, clinical, or bulk distribution, please message me directly.
I didn't receive my download. What do I do?
After purchase, Etsy emails you a download link and the files are also available in your Etsy account under "Purchases and Reviews." If you don't see the email, check your spam folder. If you still can't access your files, message me directly and I'll send them to you within 24 hours.
Can I download my files again later?
Yes. Your files remain available in your Etsy account under "Purchases and Reviews" for as long as your account is active. I recommend saving a backup copy to your device or cloud storage right after purchase.
What devices and software do I need to open my files?
File types vary by product. Common formats include:
PDF files (planners, trackers, reference guides) open on any computer, tablet, or smartphone using a free PDF reader — most devices have one built in.
HTML files (interactive bundles and reference tools) open in any web browser like Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge. Just double-click the file.

Can I edit or customize the files I purchase?
It depends on the file type:
PDF files are typically flat and designed to be printed or viewed as-is — they are not editable.
HTML files include built-in editable areas where you can type, save, and update information directly within the tool.
Fillable PDFs (when offered) include text fields you can type into.
Each product listing clearly describes what's editable and what's not. If you need a customized version of any product, message me before purchase and I'll let you know if it's possible and what the cost would be.
