Processing time is 1-3 business days. This does not include weekends & holidays. Processing time is how long it takes to put the order together, package & labeling. This does not include shipping time. Also, Etsy does not include the day an order is placed as the first day of processing. For example, If your order is placed on Monday, the 1-3 processing time is Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.

We package our products as safe and secure as possible. With glass bottles & crystals, bubble wrap is used to ensure they do not break. We strive to use as much reusable packaging supplies as possible so you can reuse them. Since packages go through many hands once they leave us, bubble wrap is used to help keep glass & crystals from breaking.

1.Make sure you have entered the correct mailing address.
2.If you didn't receive your package due to wrong address you provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost.
3.Keep track of your delivery day so you know when the package is coming to be delivered.
4.Check with neighbors to see if your package was delivered to them by mistake.
5.Contact your local post office and give them your tracking number. They will be able to assist you with more detailed information about your package.
6.Contact your local police department and file a report about theft if you believe it was stolen.
7.We ARE NOT responsible for refunding or replacing package due to package theft.
8.Contact us through private messaging in Etsy with any questions.

Southernleigh Essentials uses USPS. An email with tracking number will be sent to your email you used in Etsy. We always strive to get all orders processed within 1-3 business days. (This does not include the time it takes to ship to you) Once the package leaves our shop, it is in the hands of USPS. If the tracking stats it is "arriving late", please allow time for the tracking to be updated and delivered to you. We do our best to locate packages if possible that take longer than normal time frames to get delivered, but in rare occasions (due to the pandemic, weather, holidays, etc) a package may arrive later than the estimated delivery date. Unfortunately this is out of our control and greatly appreciate your patience.

Our Crystals are not to be used as a prescription, diagnosis or treatment. The information given on our site is purely metaphysical in nature and is by no means medical. By using this site and other associated materials, you acknowledge and agree that you personally assume responsibility for your use or misuse of this information. ** I am not a doctor and our crystals are NOT to replace any medicine. **Each stone is unique in its own way. Therefore all stones shape and color may vary from each stone. It is common for any form of crystal to have chips, nicks, flaking, inclusions and other imperfections.

If a product from our shop arrives to you broken, please message us within 7 days of it being delivered. This will be 7 days after your order states it was delivered through your tracking. If a product is broken after using, we will also need to be informed about this within 7 days after it was delivered. (After 7 days of it being delivered, we are NO LONGER responsible for issuing a refund/replacement.) We REQUIRE a photo of the broken product and stating where it is damaged in private message. We will send a prepaid shipping label and envelope for you to send it back to us. Once we receive the broken product, we will THEN issue a refund. No refunds will be issued until we receive the broken product back. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please note that colors of our products may vary from screen to screen. All our photos are taken in natural lighting. Colors from different mobiles/computers/tablets,etc screens may vary.

Once an order is marked as "delivered" on the tracking, Southernleigh Essentials is no longer liable for replacements/refunds. Please contact your local post office and give them the tracking number and they will be able to give you more detailed information about the packages location. Also, please check around your house/apt and with neighbors.
