Please note that due to the COVID-19 situation, your orders will likely be delayed. Please allow more time than the estimated delivery time to receive your order. This applies to both Domestic and International orders.

I am still accepting International Orders however please bear in mind that the delay of the orders can be over 2 months, which the time frame is still very uncertain at this stage depends on the COVID-19 situation (currently the time frame is around 35 business days accordingly to Australian Post website). Your orders will likely be delayed or even withheld for further notice. All international orders will be sent via tracking economy post and tracking number will be provided. Please NOTE that once I dispatch the orders, I have no control over it and I will not be responsible for any undelivered orders or delays occur as this is beyond my control.

What kind of sticker paper do you use?

I am offering the options of Premium Matte Paper (Unicorn Paper), Standard Matte Paper and Glossy Matte Paper. Most pens can be used on the stickers as well as pencil.

How long can I receive my orders?

Orders within Australia will arrive approximately in 3-10 business days in the normal circumstances.

Overseas orders can take up to 4-8 weeks depend on the country and delays can crop up out of my control such as customs clearance. Unfortunately postage times are beyond my control. If your items have not been received, please ensure you have allowed 8 weeks before contacting me. If it's beyond that time, I am more than happy to talk about a resolution however no replacement of orders if you have not been allowed enough time for the item to be arrived - please be mindful that I have no control over the service provided by the postal service.
