There will not be any refund or replacement for orders that go missing if you have selected regular post at the checkout. All international orders will be sent via tracking economy post and tracking number will be provided however please note that NO insurance is included in the postage and you will need to pay for extra if you wish to include the insurance for your order. Please NOTE that once I dispatch the orders, I have no control over it and I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any undelivered orders or delays occur as this is beyond my control. I also DO NOT replace any lost / damage item if you DO NOT purchase insurance cover for your order. Please contact me if you wish to add insurance cover for your order.

PLEASE NOTE THAT order may get damage in transit and this is beyond my control however I will try my best to make sure the order is pack properly. As such I DO NOT responsible for the damage cause by the shipping company and if you request for a replacement, you will need to fully cover the re-ship fees.
