Digital items can be either instantly downloaded, using the link provided by Etsy after completion of purchase process, or emailed to the buyer's email address, after completion of purchase process.

Physical items will be posted to the buyer's Etsy shipping address, via Australia Post (AusPost). Ready made items will be shipped within 3 business days. Parcels will be sent using Parcel post service (with tracking). Please ensure that the address that you have on file with Etsy is accurate and up to date.

In any case where tracking shows a parcel is delivered, but buyer does not receive the parcel (e.g. parcel was stolen), no refund will be issued and it will be the buyer's responsibility to file claims with the post office.

In cases where an item is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, or if an item is not picked up by the buyer when a notice is left by AusPost, only the item cost but NOT the shipping cost will be refunded when the item is returned to me by AusPost. Additional shipping costs will be required from the buyer before the item will be reshipped.

For some items, request for custom orders may be accepted. Please read item description if request for custom orders for that particular item are accepted or not.

We will do our best to reply to messages/inquiries as soon as we can, but please note that we don't do any business on Sundays (Melbourne, Australia time), so any messages, requests, etc. received on Sundays will be read and dealt with as soon as possible on the following Monday.
