    I've always been a creative girl.

    In early childhood I learned how to sew, crochet and knit from my mum and grandmothers. My family was not rich and we couldn't buy too much so I started with making clothes for my dolls.

    At about 15 I realised that I couldn't find proper clothes for myself as I'm just 155 cm tall))
    So I started making clothes for myself learning the process with my great teacher at school. Oh how many times people asked me "where did you buy this from?"... And I started taking orders from my friends.

    A bit later when my daughter started big school I realised that I couldn't find the proper hair accessories matching her school uniform. So I made one for her. Parents and teachers encouraged me to start selling them in the school uniform shop and that is how MrsBow's Accessories began.

    These days we have 2 shops here on Etsy:

    MrsBowsAccessories is for wedding and special events décor
    and
    PixBoxStudio is for handmade custom designed packaging and photo-backdrops

    We love handmade stuff and love to create something different.

    Hi,
    I'm a stay at home mother of two trying to stay sane:)
    I have many crafting type hobbies that I spend way too much time doing and thinking about.
    After giving birth to my kids I cant imagine coming back to boring office life managing people and following procedures. I love my freedom and opportunity to create I have at this point of time.
    And also I have my amazing husband who is being so far from any hand-making supports me in everything I do despite my craziness.

    Returns and exchanges
    I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    Returns and exchange details
    All of my work is for you, my customers and I want you to be 100% satisfied. If you have any problems contact me and I will work to find a solution. Please contact us BEFORE you leave any feedback so I may work with you to come to a acceptable solution.

    Returns may only be accepted if contacted within 3 days of receiving item, and shipped back as promptly as possible. Shipping cost is not refundable and items must be returned in original condition.

    I will refund you through PayPal when item is received minus all shipping costs.

    *Please note* Due to variations of computer screens, there may be a slight difference in colour of the photo shown and actual item.

    I accept direct debit and PayPal payments. Details will be sent upon request
    Shipping
    All orders will be shipped to Etsy address unless otherwise stated in NOTE TO SELLER upon checkout. If you need item gift wrapped please contact me straight away.

    In stock items ship within 1-2 days of payment. However most of our products are made to order so turnaround is up to 3 weeks. We may finish it sooner depending on circumstances. You can add a note to seller on checkout regarding your event date so we can manage the turnaround for you slightly.
    If time is a concern message me and we may be able to work something out (shipping charges will likely have to be increased)

    I use the Australia Post when sending my items.

    For domestic (Australia) orders delivery may take 1-5 business days. Tracking number, signature on delivery and insurance up to AUD 100-300 is included into each item shipping costs. Upgrades to Express postage is available to add by buyer upon checkout.

    For international orders we still use Australia Post service. Shipping takes at least 2 weeks and for some countries may take up to 4 weeks because of custom clearance process.
    International shipping includes the tracking number ONLY. If you wish to have a chance to get a refund for lost or damaged parcel PLEASE ADD insurance and signature on delivery upon checkout process. Otherwise I won't be able to start this process for you no matter what.

    Once the package leaves my hands I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages. The shipping provider does. However it requires the added insurance to the parcel.
    If you parcel got lost I can lodge a complaint to the shipping provider.
    If your parcel got damaged THE BUYER should lodge a complaint. You will need to take a photo of your damaged parcel and of what is inside.

    Some damages may be easy fixable though. Please do not hesitate to contact me once you found your items were damaged so we can work it out.

    Custom Orders :

    I am always open and willing to custom orders. Please message me about quantities, sizes, colours and occasion you wish the products for and I will let you know what I can do.

    Pricing varies on sizing, materials, and quantity. After first two conversations I should be able to give an approximate quote.

    Allow for 1-2 weeks for small custom work and 4-6 weeks for large orders.

    All my products have been made in a smoke-free and pets-free environment.
