Shipping policies

*Approx delivery time can take between 10 to 30 business days; certain international orders may take anywhere from 2-6 weeks depending on your country and/or local postal services.
*For most listings we use standard postage within Australia and for international parcels, we use standard international air mail postage, not registered, not insured, no tracking number unless the listing clearly specifies that the goods are a tracked item.
*No responsibility will be taken for delays incurred by local postal services or Customs inspections in your country.
*If you want to upgrade your shipping options, please message me BEFORE you purchase an item so this can be quoted & arranged.

Returns & exchanges:
I gladly accept returns or exchanges. Buyer to pay for shipping for any returned item.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Send items back within: 30 days of delivery.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Digital downloads
Items on sale

Returns and exchange details:
If the item does not match the photo & description on this page due to damage during shipping, I will gladly refund the amount you paid for the item & shipping. If damaged during shipping, customer must advise me of damage within 1 week of receiving the item and photographic proof of damaged goods. Customer must prove with a postal receipt emailed to me, that the item has been posted back to me, no longer than 1 month after they have received it. Customer pays for return shipping costs up front & a refund of the cost of the item & return shipping will be refunded when received by me.

No refunds or returns on Made to Order Custom items. I will gladly replace lost or damaged item after a waiting period for reasonable shipping times has expired and/or a photo of the damage to the item has been sent to me. No responsibility can be taken or returns arranged for personal change of mind or if the colour of an item in my store looks different to the colour on your computer screen or in real life due to the nature of personal colour recognition & differences in computer colour settings.
