ThaCopShop è nato come rivendita di articoli vintage. Amavo cercare e scovare i migliori pezzi vintage nella mia città, ma col tempo ho perso interesse. Col tempo, mi sono ritrovata a dedicarmi sempre di più alle riparazioni di abiti, a sperimentare con i tessuti e a sperimentare con i cartamodelli ogni giorno.

Mi sono resa conto che sedermi dietro una macchina da cucire e creare era molto più piacevole di qualsiasi altra cosa stessi facendo in quel momento. Così ho rischiato e mi sono dedicata completamente alla mia arte per vedere dove mi avrebbe portato. Ora, sono due anni che lavoro a tempo pieno a qualcosa che amo e che nessuno può portarmi via.

ThaCopShop began as a vintage reselling joint. I loved sourcing and hunting for the best vintage pieces around my city, but over time I slowly lost interest. As that happened, I found myself getting more into clothing repairs, experimenting with fabrics, and playing with sewing patterns on the daily.

I realized that sitting behind a sewing machine and creating was far more enjoyable than anything else I was doing at the time. So I took a risk and went all in on my craft to see where it would take me. Now, I’m two years in, working full-time on something that I love and nobody can take away from me.
