I bought this because I needed a better way to stay organized, but I never expected it to help with the mental side of things. The 'self-check-in' sections are what really sold me, I never realized how much I needed a place to actually process how I was feeling after a failed interview or a rejection email. It really helps you put the whole process in perspective and stay in control of your emotions at every stage.
