The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
All digital files are non-refundable once an order has been sent. I advise all my customers to do a test print, so any amendments can be made to the designs as colours do vary slightly from screen to print. I offer two rounds of amendments free of charge, any after that will incur a $10 fee. However if there is a problem please do not hesitate to contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
Payment
Once payment has cleared I will process your order asap.
Delivery
There are no shipping costs for digital files. All orders will be sent via email within 48 hours unless stated otherwise. I allow this time frame due to international time differences and the business is run along side my full time job. Please make sure you check your spam/junk folder if it is not in your inbox. All orders will be emailed to the email address provided by Etsy unless specified otherwise.

FAQ's

1. DO YOU DO CUSTOM DESIGNS?

Yes. For any custom designs please send me an email or convo with any ideas/images you may have before paying the deposit and I will give you my professional opinion if it is possible/within my powers. I then charge an initial design fee/deposit of $30 and I will send you 1 or 2 designs within 72 hours of payment. We will then work together to get the design just right for you and I offer two rounds of amendments free of charge (any more will incur a $10 charge). Once the design is perfect, I require confirmation via email and the remaining balance of $30 usually in the form of a custom listing with all the final files attached so you can download them instantly. Please note this is just a price for a custom invite, other custom designs are available and will vary in price depending on the item.

2. CAN YOU SEND ME THE PHOTOSHOP/ILLUSTRATOR FILE?

I do not do this for copyright reasons, as it makes it very easy for people to edit my designs. All files are usually sent in a non-editable JPEG or PDF format.

3. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A JPEG AND A PDF?

PDF's tend to be higher quality and professional printers prefer printing files from this format. However if using a home printer some people find it easier to print from a JPEG. I send all files in high resolution anyway, so it really depends how you prefer to print them.

4. WHAT ARE CROP MARKS?

Crop marks, also known as trim marks, are lines printed in the corners of your publication’s sheet or sheets of paper to show the printer where to trim the paper. They are used by commercial printers for creating bleeds where an image or colour on the page needs to extend all the way to the edge of the paper.

5. WILL THE COLOURS BE EXACTLY THE SAME WHEN I PRINT IT?

No, the colours will vary slightly from screen to printed product so I always recommend that you print out a tester to see what it looks like before hand. Bare in mind a computer/screen has a backlight so the colours will look slightly brighter.

6. WILL MY DESIGN LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE PICTURE?

No, all designs will differ aesthetically. The reason being the information provided will vary from customer to customer. Some people will have longer names than others, some people may require more or less information on the design and there are lots of other factors to take in to consideration. I use the design pictured as a template and all the information provided is then added, so sometimes things need to be jiggled around a little bit, but this also means each design is unique.
